Commissioning your wall box professionally

Maximum charging comfort with minimum effort: Once we’ve addressed all the details, we will confirm your order and agree to a binding delivery date.

We will then install your wall box in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications, carry out any necessary functionality tests, create an acceptance and handover certificate before giving you a full explanation of your new charging station – including all the appropriate apps and/or backend solutions if you wish.

You arrange an on-site appointment with a home inspection with us.

We will give you comprehensive advice about all our products and funding opportunities. You’ll benefit from the bellatec community’s wealth of experience. You choose the charging solution best suited to your electric car and your own personal design. We can also find a solution for your underground parking or duplex.

Our quote

Regardless of your project, size of installation, availability of relevant data (e.g. information from your grid operator or energy supplier), we will send you a binding quotation within a matter of working days.

Checks for potential subsidy – e.g. KfW 430 (Conversion and renovation) or the current KfW 440 is optional and independent of installation size or customer request.

We’ll keep you up to date about your order and assess all goods for quality defects, EU declaration of conformity upon receipt.

Delivery and handover

We’ll install your system according to manufacturer specifications, carry out all the necessary functionality tests and create an acceptance and handover certificate and give you and introduction to your new charging station and, if applicable, apps and/or back end solutions.
